September 2020, Princeton, NJ – PamTen, an award winning global technology company, has received Microsoft Partner Network’s (MPN) distinction as a Microsoft Gold Partner.  For a company to receive this merit, they must demonstrate the capability and commitment to meet the growing technology needs of customers through solutions based on Microsoft products and technologies. 

Only 1 percent of the companies around the world attain the distinction of being awarded a Microsoft Gold Partnership.

Microsoft, the global leader in technological development, began its partner program in 1992 to enable companies that meet the rigorous requirements to build solutions that take advantage of the company’s emerging advancements. Microsoft equips its partners with the resources necessary to fully leverage its proprietary technology, allowing them to build and maintain competitive solutions that best meet client needs.

To attain Microsoft Gold Partnership, PamTen needed to meet the rigorous requirements:

  • Participation in the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) index.
  • Five customer references that verify a high standard of service delivery.
  • At least Four Microsoft Certified Professionals. 
  • A licensing overview assessment.
  • A sales and marketing competency assessment.
