Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs

Princeton, NJ – Chaya Pamula is President and CEO of PamTen, Inc., an IT Enterprise, Staffing and Solutions company with corporate headquarters in Princeton, NJ. Her success as an outstanding entrepreneur and inspiring leader continues with the announcement that she is one of the 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs of NJ as selected by the advisory boards and panelists of Leading Women Entrepreneurs (LWE), a media and events company that recognizes outstanding women business owners.

This prestigious group of women was selected out of hundreds of impressive nominations based on their strong business acumen and ability to both influence and inspire within their respective industries.  Says Linda Wellbrock, founder of Leading Women Entrepreneurs, “The women we recognize are amazing role models for women in entrepreneurship and business everywhere. Chaya Pamula is an Entrepreneur, Thought Leader, Philanthropist, and has been in the IT industry for 25 years. She and her business partner, Prasad Tenjerla, founded PamTen in 2007, and the company has continued to show significant growth year over year. She is a much sought after speaker, having presented internationally to diverse groups such as Harvard Business School, the Commission on the Status of Women for the UN , She-Leads in India, ACESS Canada, as well as others.

Chaya also feel that giving back and encouraging others is an essential part of business and personal success. She founded SOFKIN (Support Organization for Kids in Need), a non-profit which provides a caring home to over 100 destitute children in India. These children are given a safe, comfortable home where they receive food, education, healthcare, and a sense of responsibility, family, and love.

Her strong underlying belief in the power of women motivated Chaya to also found The Global Women’s League, which is dedicated to teach, empower, guide, encourage, mentor and provide inspiration to women. Programs provide insight, tactics, and encouragement to women so they can follow their passion and become successful leaders.
