For the 2nd Year – PamTen Selected as an Inc. 5000 Company
Inc. Magazine today revealed that PamTen once again joins the ranks of the annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. This is the 37th year of the list, which represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses.
“This is an exciting accomplishment for our company,” says co-founder and COO, Prasad Tenjerla. “We have grown from just Chaya Pamula (CEO) and myself to well over 100 employees around the globe. Our clientele runs from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. The key to our continuing growth is our adaptability and our inclusion of new technologies, services, and products.”
PamTen continues to be a leader in the IT Business Solutions and Services Industry. The business is expanding its offerings to include Customized Enterprise Solution Services, Cyber Security Planning and Training, IT Strategic Advisory and Planning, as well as Digital Marketing and SEO Service. To continue its competitive edge in the fast paced world of IT, PamTen now has several product offerings. A growing current product is ConnectPro Global, a community building, networking, and event and membership management program tied into one easily manageable platform.
PamTen is guided by the principal that we are “Driven by Our Passion to Transform Businesses and People’s Lives to Make a Positive Difference in This World.” Not only is everyone at the company encouraged to think creatively in the IT arena, but they are also inspired to give back to the community in any way they can. Employees have participated in many charitable activities, but at their heart is the desire to support SOFKIN (Support Organization for Kids in Need), an NGO founded by PamTen CEO, Chaya Pamula. PamTen serves as a foundation for opportunity to the children of SOFKIN, providing financial support as well as career opportunities.
PamTen is a certified MWBE (Minority Women Owned Business) in New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia, as well as being National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NYNJNMSDC) certified. Other awards include the NJ Biz 2015 50 Fastest Growing Companies in NJ, 20 Most promising Web Development & Design Solutions Provider from CIOReview, and recognition from SmartCEO as a Future 50 Award winner in 2017. Being included in the Inc. 5000 for a second year is a pinnacle of achievement for the entire company!
“If your company is on the Inc. 5000, it’s unparalleled recognition of your years of hard work and sacrifice,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “The lines of business may come and go, or come and stay. What doesn’t change is the way entrepreneurs create and accelerate the forces that shape our lives.”
