She and her business partner, Prasad Tenjerla, founded PamTen in 2007, and the company has continued to show significant growth year over year. She is a much sought after speaker, having presented internationally to diverse groups such as Harvard Business School, the Commission on the Status of Women for the UN , She-Leads in India, ACESS Canada, as well as others.
Chaya also feel that giving back and encouraging others is an essential part of business and personal success. She founded SOFKIN (Support Organization for Kids in Need), a non-profit which provides a caring home to over 100 destitute children in India. These children are given a safe, comfortable home where they receive food, education, healthcare, and a sense of responsibility, family, and love.
Her strong underlying belief in the power of women motivated Chaya to also found The Global Women’s League, which is dedicated to teach, empower, guide, encourage, mentor and provide inspiration to women.
